Citizen is Pres. of Prospect Hill N'hood Assn. Says water has washed out "several deep potholes" on the west side of the 200 block of South Jackson Street.
Weeds & overgrowth into alley & onto sidewalk.
Trash cans on sidewalk every day.
Back yard needs mowed. Trash stacked in car port drawing rats.
Garbage all over driveway & scattered around. Concerned this will attract rats.
Weeds & grass (at 1205 E. Branch Rd.) have not been cut. Buddy & Michelle Blunk are on mail box. COMPLAINT SYSTEM WON'T ACCEPT ADDRESS.
Sign in lawn advertising 1/2 price drinks on Tues. & Thurs. No permit and/or in R.O.W. Marie wants a call back. She thinks maybe sign is only out on Tues & Thurs.
Vacant house with trash & yard waste.
Water has been discolored since water line of neighbor (directly to the west of 513) was worked on approx. 1 month ago. Also has low water pressure. Would like water cleared and pressure restored.
