Hello. When the team was here to repair the sidewalk two weeks ago, they left behind a washout bag full of concrete mix. Due to the rain, that mix is now filled with water and it is too heavy for me to lift. Please send someone to collect and dispose of the bag as the repair has been completed for over two weeks. This huge break in the road was not properly marked - the cone was well over a foot from the edge - and I hadn't realized how far in it went until it was too late to avoid it. Two of my tires popped, and my car had to be towed. I'd like the city to reimburse me for replacing them, but more importantly, I'd like for them to make sure these holes are properly marked.
