Question: Who is responsible for removing snow from the sidewalk on W 17th the roundabout? The city or the owner of the warehouse? The sidewalk lies between the roundabout guardrails and 17th St. The snow is an impediment to walkers. No one seems to consider their responsibility. The majority of the sidewalk in front of Southeast Park, Arden/Montclair has been covered in ice for weeks. I believe that this is the City's responsibility and wonder why it has not been cleared. I frequently see BPD Resource Officers driving by this area and wonder why they cannot be involved in reporting ice-covered sidewalks? This seems like a massive public safety issue and one that they are well suited to assist in. Thank you.

There’s still snow on 3rd between Walnut and College, on the south side of the street adjacent to the county building used for early voting. And there’s still snow on either side of the overpass on 3rd leading to the B-Line trail. It hasn’t snowed in almost two weeks. Why build a trail for pedestrians if you don’t make it easy to get to the trail? Please do better in the next snowstorm.
