404 s. Fess dumpster obstructs sidewalk

What used to be a 10 minute drive to work now takes close to 35. Why? Construction on Tapp, 37, Rodgers, Walnut, 10th Street, Dunn, Fee, and Gordon Pike closed. There is literally not any route left to get to work. Everyone on the south side is forced to sit in traffic for two to three times the normal length due to terrible planning by the city in the closing of streets and construction that has effectivity shut down part of the city and prevent us from going anywhere or doing anything.

Hello. I am Alli Johnson. I will be graduating college at the end of the Fall 2017 term. I am not sure what I want to do with my future. I know that recently I have become extremely interested in sustainable community development. Creating community that is built with sustainable practices in mind. I sent this in last week and you have clothes to ticket but you haven't done any work can I see said that sweet workers would come this week and take the leaves away that they had unclog the drain with him left behind we have rain coming and guess what been over a week and the leaves are still here I left a message at the office but would like to get this resolved right away thank you this is 401 North Sheffield drive just in case the location then get mark correctly

I recently purchased a house in Bloomington and have noticed that I have a spot in my yard that is saturated with water. Even when we don't get rain for weeks the grass is still socking wet. I am not sure if this could be a possible leaking pipe in the ground. The only effected area seems to be about a 5 square foot area on the right side of my house.
