I'm looking for the scattered sites survey. I'd like it posted on the HPC section of the city's site, and as a stand alone, on par with historic and conservation districts. Someone has dumped an old mattress on the sidewalk/street. This is just the latest event in the severe downgrading of the neighborhood to occur since the city has allowed apartment buildings to be constructed in small residential neighborhoods. I am hoping Bloomington Sanitation can remove this trash.
