A porta potty and a large backhoe is blocking the sidewalk and the view to see if cars are coming and school starts Wednesday so this will make it hard for walkers and for the school bus driver to see around the corner.
Resident reports a dumpster parked in an area clearly marked with a "No Parking" sign on the street. Dumpster creates an obvious roadway hazard. Location provided is approximate. Dumpster was delivered evening of July 24.

Resident called in use of a backhoe parked on public sidewalk. They were concerned about damage to the sidewalk. No ROW permit identified related to use.
These hand rails stick into the public sidewalk - a pedestrian not paying attention could run into these or a bicyclist could really have a collision with these. In at least two places. And they have put reflective tape on them which seems to indicate past problems.
