1623 buffstone court is overgrown yard with weeds and a roof that hasn’t been repaired in 2 years. The resident used to take care of his place. He is either unable or doesn’t care. Neighbors have tried to talk to him about it via text. He doesn’t respond. We are tired of it. Please help.
