995 S Clarizz Blvd. Large pothole along entire entrance to IU Health Facility. Catches tires any way one goes in or out of the entrance. Hard on tires. Could damage tie rods and ball joints.

Sidewalks in Peppergrass neighborhood, particularly in Pepperidge and Laurel ct. north areas need attentions please! Some of the blocks are really crumbled and become like gravel!! Warm regards,

Now there's a convenience fee or surcharge to pay the water bill via credit card. Thanks a lot--that's great, another way the City finds a way to dump on its residents.

Fountain Drive has several pot holes and rough patches. Although several places are bad, particularly where Fountain Drive and 11th street connect is quickly becoming a crater.
