The address is the closest to the issue, but the water I’ve seen is on the west side of High St. As I bike this street, I see that there is water running along the edge of High Street. I don’t know where it originates but I’ve noticed it throughout the summer.

There has been water here all summer. The grass next to the road is squishy with moisture. I don’t think it’s from routine maintenance.

Wet spot on NE corner of Woodlawn/11th. There is an active sprinkler system nearby around Luddy Hall, but this appears to be independent of that.

My water meter was to be replaced this past Wednesday but the service folks doing this work were not able to shut water off at the street as they said my water shutoff was bad. I am not able to turn water off in the house as well as I have a bad gate valve that needs to be replaced. I do have the city water spot prepped and ready for your replacement. I would appreciate a call to get this repair completed as soon as possible so the water meter guys can return to complete their work. Thank you. Terry Duffer
