Signs for April event are still out in the 1100 block of W Second Street, in the grass in the median in front of Milliken Smiles and Big Red Liquors; and on the corner of W Third (1600 block) and Patterson in the grass on W Third. And also, as reported previously, on E Second near Bart Villa apartments and the ECC.
