In using the updated parking app, each time I extend my time I am also charge a service fee again for using my app. This is different from before. My two hours cost me $4.00 who gets the service fee money?

Hello- There were street crew south of here earlier this morning and when I got home this evening there's a cable down from a pole and it is across my driveway and in my yard. It looks like a communication line, but I'd rather not mess with it. thanks

Water is coming out of the faucet yellow this morning. It is also yellow coming out of the garden hose. What is causing this? I am concerned it is unsafe to use.
