The left turn only lane signage is missing and the street paint for the left turn only is no longer visible. Basically there is no way to know that the left lane from Grimes to Walnut is left turn only. The sign for Walnut St is sun bleached and almost impossible to read as well.

The corner sidewalks in front of Bloomington Cleaners are inadequately cleared. After clearing their large parking lot, they could do better for the public than a measly, narrow path that is barely wide enough for one person. Chapter 6.07 paragraph 10 (b) of the municipal code requires that "the minimum clear width of the path shall be thirty-six inches."
