The public sidewalk along Kinser Pike was never shoveled. Pedestrians are forced to either risk slipping and falling on packed snow and ice, or walk in Kinser Pike and risk being killed by a car, near a very busy intersection. The sidewalk on the east side of College Ave. south of the railroad overpass has not had snow removed in a way that is consistent with city code requirements. Note: this does appear to be the same property as what is underneath the railroad overpass. Per Monroe County Beacon GIS, it appears to be part of the same property that has the buildings that used to contain The Rail bar (825 N. Walnut St.).
