See case #205955. This was a "couch on porch" complaint. Apparently, those complaints are so important that signatures are required. However, they are never taken care of. Is the public required to continue to complain about a particular address, or will the City follow up and see if violation citations are actually taken seriously? If there are only warnings issued without fines, the "citations" will be throw away and forgotten.

Residents are putting items out for collection in a manner that the City will not accept. I have reached out the landlord and two of the tenants to provide info on collection policies and the problem is still happening.

Near the south elevator of the 4th street garage there’s this strange piece of debris in the way that was left here as of 10 pm 2/16.
