Need street-surface traffic direction arrows painted in the 2 lanes of S. Clarizz heading north. I have seen people make the right-hand lane into a left-hand turn onto East 3rd St.
Please see pic of suggested arrows. The yellow marks are the direction available besides a right turn. Tx!

There is a large metal sheet over the road work that is not bolted down. It makes a very loud boom all through the night when cars drive over. Please please fix it. We can hear it two blocks away from
high Moores intersection.

Cafe Thistle has a flag that is blocking the sidewalk. It would be disorienting for a blind person to run into.
Street Trees

A limb on a walnut tree appears to be damaged and is hanging low over the street. The tree is about halfway between Roosevelt and Jefferson on the north side of the pedestrian path where Fourth Street would be. The second of the two large limbs extending south from the tree appears to be slightly fractured above street level. Not sure if it poses any immediate danger, but I don't think the end of that limb used to be so close to the ground.
