I’m not sure if this issue involves municipal resources, but I have been hearing what I believe to be trash collection happening around 5:30-6 am right around my apartment and it wakes me up in the early morning. The 1 mile marker on the clear creek trail starting from Tapp Road is about a tenth of a mile off (at about 0.91mi). It messes with my training as well as others who rely on accurate markers.
