Alley behind Fess between Maxwell & 1st is overgrown. Complaintant said particularly on north end overgrowth is so bad it's difficult pulling out.
Highland & Maxwell, on west side of intersection. Resident says several tree branches are dead and will cause damage if they fall.
Mr. Nelson says ROW along Headley and Hinkle Roads up to Griffy Lake needs grass, shrubs mowed and cut. Claims the County used to take care of this and now that its all in the City, we should take care of it.

Citizen (who is a candidate for County Commissioner), claims Sanitation truck has been speeding through his neighborhood. Says he has seen this at least twice, even at times that are not collection days for that area.
