I would like to go metal detecting in the city parks such as Bryan Park, Karst Farm Park and Cascades Park and read that I needed to get permission from the Parks and Rec department. With all of the City employees in City vehicles that are out on the road all the time why can’t they be required to report road issues? Parking. Hand, planning, parks, engineering, even police and fire when not taking calls and on patrol, utilities, animal, street. Fleet
