Hi I submitted a ureport a couple days ago about the alley being our house. It is the only access we have to get to our house or to get out to the street. Does the city take care of this alley? I have no way of removing snow so I can get out except a shovel and shoveling 12 or more inches of snow is not doable. Thank you

The snow from the street in front of me has been plowed up in front of my mailbox. I'm a senior citizen and paid to get my driveway cleaned but can't pay someone else to plow the snow away from mailbox

No snow removal has occurred on either side of Woodlawn between 3rd and Atwater, nor on Faculty. It is just packed down by pedestrians. This is an ongoing problem year after year after year with every snowfall.

The third street bike lane is completely unplowed. This is simply unacceptable treatment of a travel lane several days after snow stopped falling.
