I put in a request for our alley to be plowed ~3 hours ago. Will it be plowed today?

With this snow and once last year snow plowed from Chaudion Ct, across from my driveway, has been plowed completely across my driveway access. making it impossible to leave my driveway or for anyone else to enter. It amassed several feet high. I have lived here 34 years and in the past, even with deep snows, the collection from that cul-de-sac has been deposited between my driveway and the neighbors', making it possible for both of us egress from and entrance to driveways, even with deep snowfall, so I know that it is possible to avoid completely cutting me off from accessing the street. I am so appreciative of the city plowing service, but this situation is not OK. Please help! I have a young man who clears the driveway for me. When he came today he would have been unable to get to the driveway except for a man who came by with a plow on the front of his truck who plowed through that enormous snow pile to give Jason entrance. I know this city can do better than this. I will be very grateful for help with this snow pile issue.

I reported this issue yesterday around noon and nothing has been done. The alley behind our address, 521 S Park Ave, needs to be plowed immediately. Some of us have work, or other places we need to be able to get to today. Please send someone.

The dead-end alley between 904 1st St. and 912 1st St. has been blocked by snow ploughing. There is a huge ice hump that we can’t shovel away to reach the street with our car. Could you please clear this? Thank you very much.

I sent in a ticket yesterday and still no one has come to plow the snow in the parking lot between my apartment building and the neighboring lots and houses. I was told this was an alley and is the responsibility of the city. I have seen plowers come by the road next to our building to clean up that side, but not outs. Multiple cars are blocked in because of this.

We sent you our address at 1630 S Hathaway and a photo today. We cannot get out into south Hathaway court at all-and therefore cannot make medical appointments. This is a small circular drive that plows have passed by multiple times! They have renwick plowed (twice) and never plowed the little circle of hathaway ct. Pls direct a low crew out tonight as our safety is impacted. We just moved here into the city and are unclear why the city is not responsive.

The alley that runs between ollitic and Lindbergh is barely passable. Drift made it worse.

No plowing done at 1630 S Hathaway Ct- we cannot get out . Plows have been by many, many times and do not seem to see this small circular street is covered by a foot of snow. Pls help. We have medical appointments we r missing due to this.
