This sidewalk is blocked by snow behind all these houses in Westpointe
Trash was picked up but it was only half way dumped. This has happened on several occasions. Trash bin was left out at the end of the drive. Please come get the rest of the trash. Thank you.
Extremely icy stretch of sidewalk in front of Wells Library facing 10th st. It is a high traffic area and includes a city/campus bus stop, and it is extremely difficult to walk on even with appropriate footwear. I slipped there a few days ago and was injured! It seems like there's no attempt to salt the area at all, and requests placed to the University to clear the area haven't been fulfilled.
The entire sidewalk on the north side of 6th Street needs to be cleared, from Dunn to Indiana. Photo taken 2026 Jan 29 – 1:06 PM
The sidewalk was never shoveled. Photo taken 2026 Jan 29 – 1:08 PM
People park illegally on my residential street every time the church has a service. Sometimes this happens on Friday at 2pm, including today. I typically use the street to park, legally, with my residential permit. These illegal parkers take up all the space so I have to park somewhere else. It is very annoying.
Hello -- you closed my case (208109) without looking at the situation. USPS won’t deliver our mail because there is too much snow in the STREET in front of the mailbox. I don't believe that I am responsible for clearing a PUBLIC STREET. The city moved a large amount of snow and placed it in front of my mailbox and is now blocking access to my mailbox. Why can't the city fix the problem they caused? Can you please reconsider this? Thanks!
The sidewalks adjacent to Btown Smoke Time were never cleared. This is utterly shameful, especially in the heart of downtown – an area of high pedestrian traffic. The photo was taken on January 29, 2026 at 1:15 PM – four days after the end of the snowstorm.
