Broken Large recycle container lid. I previously reported. Was told it would be fixed twice and it has not been. Original ticket was closed without action so I called again and was told it would be repaired last week and it was not. So, reporting again hoping issue will be taken care of. Could not reach anyone on phone this time.

The sidewalks along Basswood Drive haven't been shoveled. If this is a city issue, than please do it. If it's due to apartments lining the street, cite them!

Pedestrian access at the intersection of Morton and 6th Street is completely blocked by mounded of snow.
The new W pedestrian entry to Rose Hill Cemetary is cleared from the walkway to the pillars, but blocked by mounds of snow from the pillars to the cemetery roadway. Please keep all pedestrian walkways to and from the cemetery clear and safe.
They're going to "touch up" the sidewalk? Look at the photo! It was hardly shoveled at all.

The lighting on the new picnic pavilion south of the parking lot at Bldg&Trades Pk has been blinking on and off at night ever since the recent snow storm
