The snow is incredibly deep and the city has not plowed the streets around here even a single time. We drive a big truck but even so are unable to get out of our driveway. My husband is scheduled to work in an inpatient healthcare facility today and was not able to go. If there is an emergency in our neighborhood, which happens often enough, the emergency vehicles won't be able to come. You guys have got to plow! It's not just dangerous, it's totally impassable and dangerous for people stuck here too. You should have been plowing all night last night, like you've done in the past. Maybe it's our terrible useless mayor, maybe that this is predominantly poor neighborhood, whatever it is please come plow in the Crescent Bend/Crestmont neighborhoods.

Would it be possible to coordinate with county highway to windrow the snow from Curry Pike into open Green space on the east side of Curry instead of the West side into residential driveways? With 15 in we would have approximately 4 ft of snow in our driveways and the east side Green space for the church and Sentra could handle this much snow without having elderly people blocked in. Request snow plowing on East Dunstan Drive by the early morning hours of 1/26 as I need to report the hospital as an essential worker and won't be able to make it up the hill to Allendale unless the road is plowed. Thanks for your consideration.

We have access only through the alleyway behind the houses in this area. Can someone please come out to plow this area so we don't have to dig ourselves out to the main street? I know you are very busy clearing main roads but many of us can't get to work without the alleyway getting cleared. Thank you very much.

North Oak St. has not been plowed yet, please note that North Oak St. extends all the way to the end of the 415 N Oak St residence. We have shoveled our personal drive but not the city street.

Our cup de sac has not been plowed and nobody can leave our homes. Neighbors are trying to shovel out the street. It has been over 24 hours.
