Broken Large recycle container lid. I previously reported. Was told it would be fixed twice and it has not been. Original ticket was closed without action so I called again and was told it would be repaired last week and it was not. So, reporting again hoping issue will be taken care of. Could not reach anyone on phone this time.
Please clear the snow from the trail between the dead end of Hawthorne and Weatherstone.
The right hand turn lane for traffic driving west on the bypass turning north on Dunn is not cleared and is a serious safety issue. The snow is piled up dangerously on the corner of the intersection and the entire turn lane is inaccessible to vehicles.

The sidewalk crossing the bypass is not cleared. Pedestrians cannot access the crosswalk signal to safely cross, and people are walking in the road on this busy intersection.
