Hello. There is a large, seemingly dead pine tree that is behind our property. There are power lines right next to it. We aren’t sure if this is an easement or if it is private property and would like to know so the tree can be cut down-it appears to be a hazard. Is there a way we can find out who is responsible? 115 E Kirkwood, the cvs parkinglot...sidewalk blocked entirely. it looks like theres supposed to be a walk around between the fence and the jersey barriers but theres fence accross that space too
