The elevator in my building at 321 S Walnut st has been out of order for over 4 months with no access to a service elevator. I can’t walk up 6 flights to get to my apartment multiple times a day

Both 3313 and 3305 E Allendale Drive have placed temporary signs within right-of-way.
I have heard that there are sewer issues on Oak Leaf Drive and possibly Maple Leaf Drive. The neighbors would like to be informed if this is true and perhaps someone needs to come out to these streets to check the sewers for issues.
Dumpster behind 568 and by garage 1. Furniture left there and other garbage strewn around dumpsters and property. While here, drive by all the dumpsters on property. Trash here is a constant problem. This place needs stiffer fines because the issue is constant.
Open up the other section of parking lot it’s gated off not allowing more parking and people can’t turn around. Literally 15 minutes to run out there and unlock a cable to allow people to have more parking the nicest day of the year so far and the parks department can’t even unlock a simple walk and have it ready to go for Saturday.

Spring has started and the outdoor smoke coming from the Barbecue is in full force at the Short Stop food-mart on North Smith Road. My wife and I had three meetings with the City Council about this issue in 2015. And 2 recorded meetings with the council as a whole and a second meeting a few weeks later. The smoke issue was to be addressed for this location. But Chris Smith sold the store without implementing the standards the City Council had requested he perform. He was supposed to install and indoor smoker by December of (2015) that never happened. And he then sold the business in spring of 2016. As an example of how bad this smoke is. I hung wet laundry outside yesterday (Wednesday 4-25-18). Hoping for that nice fresh air smell when it was dry. Our clothing smelled like we had been next to a campfire. So I had to rewash all of the clothing. This has become a HUMAN HEALTH hazard and it has not been taken seriously. The city did nothing after our meetings to address SMOKE issues from cooking outdoors. I really hate to call the Fire department each time I smell smoke. As the cost to the city will be ridiculous for putting out (3) outdoor smokers. But that is what I am going to start doing. As we cannot breath. She had a lung removed and everyone is turning a blind eye towards this fact. Let me know what the city can do. Our district representative Allison Chopra was at the meetings as she was running for office and won the election. But I was told she had slept since the meetings and did not remember the restrictions placed on the smoke issue. I would like to request sidewalks/speed bumps on Elliston Dr. in Sherwood Oaks Neighborhood. Elliston is the main thourough fair to Sherwood Oaks Park, Jackson Creek Trail and Olcott Park, which also leads to Childs Elementary and Jackson Creek Middle School. There is significant foot traffic daily of adults, kids and pets being walked. Children go to school on this route and yet there is nothing provided to keep them safe. There are currently no sidewalks to keep foot traffic safe and no speed bumps to slow down traffic. People speed through this area whether local traffic or visitors to the park and what the city has done to date is not enough. Someone is going to get hurt and it will be on the onus of those who have chose to do nothing to keep pedestrians safe. Please consider making a change and putting sidewalks/speed bumps in to allow for safe travels for all in this area. Thank you
