My husband sent in a request on Nov. 11, 2025 regarding debris blocking the stormwater infrastructure on the southeast corner of Maxwell Lane and Highland. Checking on this, case #206765, shows it as closed. I assume that this means that the situation has been attended to. It seems that this has not happened. When we reported it the debris were about a foot below the surface of the edge of the entrance. They have now reached the top of the curbing around the opening and the last couple of rains have washed leaves and sticks out and over the edge. Something needs to be done about this. Thank you. Furniture left curbside for days . I believe tenants have moved out
Our mailboxes on Bill Mallory Blvd close to SR 446 appear to be over a water line that may have some void space happening. The concrete is settling more than it should! Please let us know how to approach this problem.
There’s a hole in the street at the end of S Brooks where it meets Covenanter (our house is at 1115 S Brooks Dr and the hole is just west of the southwest corner of our yard).

Garbage pile blows into my lot and other yards near by.
Homeless camps Tons of trash
A trailer has been parked on the street for several days. The Sanitation trucks couldn't get down the street to pick up trash and recycling this week, due to the trailer taking up so much room, especially if there are other cars parked on the other side of the street. (This was confirmed by conversations with a representative at the Sanitation dept and at least 2 neighbors.) Attempts were made by at least one neighbor to ask that the trailer be moved to the driveway, but it still remains in the street. It's possible that a fire truck or ambulance wouldn't be able to get through in an emergency.
