Neighbor continues to let trash and debris lay in his yard; now, instead of being all over the porch and inside, it’s now just sitting there way out in the open. The person he has working on this doesn’t seem to be doing a lot but sitting in his car and playing on his phone. I know because I was at home all day long and barely saw him in or around the house.

There is a pot hole at the roundabout entrance. it is extremely deep and is going to start to eat tires. It is in the eastbound lane.
A red compact car parks next to the road on the lawn on a narrow dead end street. They park after 5pm and leaves the next morning. Maplecrest Drive is barely wide enough for two cars. This is becoming a constant nuisance.
Signal is in flashing both directions. Traffic not backed up.

Looks like her dogs have gotten into the trash, she also just leaves the trash cans on the sidewalk. The trash has been there since Friday April 10,2026. It started at the other side now it’s where it’s shown in the picture.
Sanitation truck broke our flowerbed by mailbox. Please make this right.
