There are a couple major potholes on this alley, which runs just south of my house (1004) towards south Roger's. I'd really appreciate it if someone could fill them in at some point. There is one further up he hill which is hard to see in the picture.

Curbs across the alley are not accessible. Road is cracked and potholes.

The cross slope of this sidewalk is so dangerous. It's extremely steep. Not accessible.
Sidewalk under bridge is very broken and slabs lifted at angles. Not wheelchair accessible.
Giant elevated slab in sidewalk
Lip where culvert is on W 11th St side of building. Not accessible, wheelchair casters get stuck
Curb on corner of N College Ave and W 14th St is broken. Adjacent to previous curb report #210239. Not accessible. Consistent issue with this style of tactile pavers.
