Dumpster is in a shed for 16 apartments. Trash bags are being left on ground and bugs everywhere. This is a year round problem.

Residents have been leaving trash and recycling bins out all of the time. They never put them away. This was complainted about also in May.

Storm water runoff from Tamarron is eroding his property. He would like a copy of the drainage calculations for the subdivision.
The storm inlet in front of his house has overflowed twice this summer and the water ran into his garage and den area causing significant damage.
Requesting two-hour parking in the 400 block of W. Sixth St. between Rogers and Madision. State that with the DC designation in this area, parking is becoming more and more difficult to find.
Three corners on 11th and Monroe have overgrown grass and weeds. Ms. LaGrange says that Dick Wells forces them to continually file complaints with our office in order to have him take care of his properties.
Sign was removed FSBO at Morningside Dr. and Smith Road, but now is back.
Untagged trash and cardboard, past 11th St., on N. Walnut, across from Ryan's Barber Shop on the east side of the street.
