Yard torn up where Comcast did some work a couple months ago. I tried to get Comcast to take care of this but got nothing from them - even after many calls and promises that someone would get back to me. On two seperate occasions I got case numbers. # ECM 0020878893 and ECM 0020232690 and was even told after one of them to keep my line open because I would be getting a call right back. No call came. I have written down much of what has happened during this quest if you want more info. I believe whoever is responsible should put this professionally landscaped area back together. /Users/Janet/Desktop/Comcast Yard Issue/comcast work.jpeg
See picture. Just reporting - at approx location north side of 5th street. Overhead wires draped through canopy of utility easement flora. One end is also dangling from overhead near the road. Not sure which company is responsible, so putting in ticket for city action.
Telephone line wires got hit and are down in the parking lot at TechOn Btown (mobile phone repair shop)
Overgrown yard
Storm drain is clogged with gravel and debris from driveway at 103 S Clark. The gravel from the driveway is washing out onto E 5th St as well.
The homeless encampment outside of the Wheeler Mission is ridiculous. They have multiple full shopping carts, and rocking chairs on the sidewalk. The city needs to clean it up. They are also camping in the woods back there.
Sinking sidewalk filled with mud and holes
Light pattern needs looked at! Always red on n walnut st. with NO traffic coming from a dead end south st. Needs adjusted to traffic patterns!!
The sidewalks being lit up would be safer for pedestrians. The sidewalks are dark making it hard to see pedestrians about to step into the roadway. Just a little adjustment is all they need.
