Yard full of garbage & junk.
Tree blocking sidewalk. Address is close, property is lot across the street from Forest Quad.
Hedges on property at 726 are blocking driveway at 724. Ms. Burton does not get around very well & has not been able to speak w/tenants living at 726 about this.
THERE IS A BLACK PLASTIC PIPE, THAT IS 4" IN DIAMETER, THAT COMES OUT INTO FITZGERALD'S BACKYARD THAT COMES FROM HIS NEIGHBOR'S PROPERTY TO THE NORTH. FITZGERALD DOES NOT FEEL THAT THIS IS APPROPRIATE SINCE THE PIPE CAUSES EXCESS WATER POOLING INTO HIS YARD AFTER HEAVY RAINFALLS.
Says promised traffic calming devices have not been installed. Were told they'd go in right away (6th St). Says City Landscaper told him no one discussed watering of greenery with him. Says City departments aren't coordinating and work isn't getting done.
Re: Beta Theta Pi House. 30 yd dumpster on east side of house, next street east of Woodlawn (Forest?) - sits in City ROW, is a traffic hazard. They keep changing the size of the dumpster, but its always in the ROW.
Says the berm just south of Rockport Hills subdivision sign on west side of Rockport Road is not being maintained. Thinks this is the City's to take care of for grass, weeds.
Junk tires, wehicle parts, matresses, in rear of house. Operating a mechanical business due to different cars there all the time.
Neighborhood was promised a standpipe (for detention pond?) ($89,000), cost was to be covered by Redevelopment per Doris Sims. No work on it yet, what is status?
Weeds on City property (detention pond at Hopewell Renewal project, Drainage ditches in 6th & Ritter area) need to be taken care of. Tim - Please let me know if this is Rosehill or Street. Julio
