Grass needs cut.
Grass needs cut.
Refrigerators left out all of the time. Property looks unkept. Trash not kept contained. Complaintant wants the City to make Jack Morrison comply & clean up his property.
House burned, now there are rats & skunks living there. Yard needs cut. Complaintant found a rat ih her trash can 1/2 the size of a cat !
Tree /bush w/large leaves obstructing view when pulling out of Cory & going west onto 3rd St. Thinks Don Cowden is owner.
Stacking trash in the yard. Tenants not using tags. Accumulating trash behind shed.
Complaint in HOTLINE about weeds & health hazard. Received anonymous information that property is owned by Rose & Walker. Caller said it is not a health hazard.
Grass has not been mowed all year. Think this is the correct address - said it is a vacant lot. Thinks owner's last name is Byrd.
All kinds of trash & garbage stacked outside of house. Has been unable to reach renters to ask them to take care of.
Lot 4306 needs to be cleaned up. Debris ranges from blocks, stairs, chimney, electrical wiring & plumbing. NOTE: Couldn't find 4306 on GIS - please note correct address if possible.
H20 problem at sink hole#10. According to geologist, drainage from sink hole #3 should be connected to hole #10. Drainage doesn't seem to be effective because of flooding. Need to watch to make sure nothing is built on area.
