Excessive Growth
1306 W Kirkwood AVE
- Case Date:
- 7/6/2022
There is a ton of trash in the drive way that has been there for months.
There is excessive plant growth practically covering the house.
Excessive tree and bush growth in the back yard has expanded to the street. Cars eastbound must cross over in to the other lane.
5th Street between Jefferson and Union streets is beyond the repair of simply fixing pot holes. Some of the damage on the street is due to property owners fixing their sewer lines and then not repaving the street.
yard overgrown, homeless squatting at property, neglected yard for months
Tree in the front yard has branches hanging down over the sidewalk. Owner needs to trim the branches.
I found my trash can like this after this morning's pickup. My guess is that it was replaced too close to (or partially in) the road after pickup and it was struck by a vehicle. I also noticed another bin on my block with this same kind of damage.
They have been leaving their trash bins out on the curb every day for over a month now
They always leave their trash bins on the curb everyday. Same as their neighbor at 1317 N. Kinser Pike
