A resident of Hoosier acres located on the corner of Christopher and Brown Ridge at 606 S Christopher Drive called in to make a complaint about excessive tar in the curb are on Brown Ridge. They stated the road was resurfaced and this was left behind. They would like this tar to be removed.

I drive by this spot each day, and I am amazed that there is always running water there. I happen to be walking by this evening at the end of a hot day at the end of two very dry weeks, and it’s still wet there. It does not appear to be running water coming from a house over the hill. The fiber optics crew drilling lines damaged (crushed/cracked/dislodged) almost 40 feet of sideway from the corner of Second Street and Park Avenue. Who pays for this destruction?

There is an encampment forming along the B-Line near the small dog park. Where the trail splits into 2, it is to the west of the trails. They are erecting structures. Please do not let another camp form here. It is right next to the trail and these inevitably lead to conflicts with park/trail goers. Also can we please consider adding a uReport category, probably under Hazards or Sanitation, for reporting encampments directly? For one of the largest issues facing our city is seems odd that there is no way to directly report them. Not trying to persecute anyone but we need a way to report and track these. Thank you.
