The empty lot at this location has a giant Beech? tree right at the edge of the property that rains leaves, branches, and bark down onto my property (105 E Sunny Slopes Dr). Probably not much can be done about that, but the giant tree is also leaning sharply toward my house! I have no idea how to contact the owner and alert him/her to that accident just waiting to happen. I don't want to lose one end of my house WHEN that tree falls. Please advise... Thank you. When will I finally no longer need to step into someone 's yard or into busy Atwater Street because of very low-hanging branches of a tree in the yard of the Swain/Atwater corner house?

I own the Bicycle Garage on Kirkwood Ave next to People's Park. On June 8th the trees that are next to my property were trimmed and it seems a branch that is dead was not removed and is in a very precarious position above our back gate. This can fall at a moments notice. I have attached pictures.
