The resident called stating that the crew threw his recycles out on the ground. The resident spoke to Rhea and was verbally abusive to her on the phone. Attempts to call him back were not answered. This resident has yet to return my calls. On Friday a driver was sent and the items wee picked up. The regular crew was spoke to about this and states they did not throw the items out onto the ground.

Potholes and damaged road all along Rockport Road between Tapp Road and Rogers&Rockport intersection
Large deep pothole at the crest of the hill on Rockport Road close to Pinehurst Drive. You must hit the pothole to avoid driving into oncoming traffic, risking damage to your vehicle.
Grass is 4' high or higher. This is the vacant lot North of 1808 S. Rogers, City GIS has the address listed as being only S Rockport Road.
There is a deep growing pothole at the corner with Cathcart Street going towards Mooresville Pike.
2 street lights not working. Corner of Cathcart and S. Renwick. The other is at the corner of Cathcart and S. Ira Street
