The trees/bushes/plants at this corner need to be trimmed in order for those turning from Weatherstone onto Woodlawn to do so safely. Currently, it is impossible to see around the greenery until one's car is out into the intersection. This will cause an accident. To avoid injury and property damage, please address this issue and place on a schedule to trim every month or so. Thanks.
S Weatherstone Ln...poison ivy growing over sidwalk. Caller would like a call back (Rob Fischman 855-4565) He has called in twice about this issue.
Ice covering sidewalks on both sides of street. Last year was the same, never clear ice or snow from sidewalks. These are house rentals for IU students, so surely the owners can afford snow, ice removal!
Street lights are out for several blocks and have been since at least the beginning of September. The entire street is pitch black at night and I feel unsafe walking home.
Street lights are out on E Third St and S Washington St, E Smith Ave and S Washington, and E Second St and S Washington St. Every street lamp on S Washington has been out since at least the beginning of September. The entire street is pitch black at night and it creates a very unsafe environment for when I and other residents on or around S Washington walk home.

I live on South Washington near Hillside, and I keep seeing people driving North (the wrong way). It has happened about 6 times just in the last week, and that's only with limited observation time. Either people are just turning the wrong way on purpose or they aren't seeing the "One-Way" sign. It's barely visible (very dirty and hard to see) on the East side of the street at the corner of S Washington and Hillside. Once people turn onto the street, there are no other signs to indicate they are going the wrong way. I'm concerned that there will be accidents if signage isn't improved.
