This is the 2nd week her recycle has been missed. She doesn't understand why. resident has gotten 2 courtesy dumps w/ notices regarding sorting. not complying w/ request. crews left due to not sorted, again

fascia is blowing off building on the alley side. picked up some from the alley and street. some more in their parking lot. it's going to do some damage to something or someone.
