Hello! We got a notice for leaving our recycling can put past 24 hours of pickup, because our recycling has not been picked up for a MONTH? I do not think it is fair for us to have to pay any fine at all, as we put the correct items in the recycling container and it wasn’t overflowing. We left the can out by the street for 24 hours in case recycling came by later because we were not sure what was going on and why it never got picked up? I even sent an email about 2 weeks ago and never got a response!!! We are upset about this and would appreciate a response. Ticket: 62023-02-0428 Please take a look and consider appealing this. New renters. They have a huge stack of cardboard outside by recycling containers and overflowing recycling containers that they do not put on the curb on recycling day. Their recycling is blowing all over the neighborhood.

Vinyl siding is 100% recyclable (plastic #3). Not sure why it was rejected for pickup.
