very, very large pile of trash on the west side of house. it can be seen when you drive by.

Caller states that the city-owned property on the south side of the walking path from N. Maple to Monroe County United Ministries is overgrown. It was determined about 2 months ago that it is the responsibility of the street dept. to maintain.
Yard needs mowed.

The alley between Kirkwood and 6th street, connecting Elm and Waldron, is becoming increasingly impassable by trees and shrubs growing into it.
Resident has been written up numerous times in the last month and a half due to cans being too heavy/having no stickers.
