1623 buffstone court is overgrown yard with weeds and a roof that hasn’t been repaired in 2 years. The resident used to take care of his place. He is either unable or doesn’t care. Neighbors have tried to talk to him about it via text. He doesn’t respond. We are tired of it. Please help.

My air doesn't works properly , I've been complaining about this issue since last year. I have AREA 10 working with with me trying to solve this , she and my doctor has gave doctor note for them to know that i cant be in a environment like this. They haven't came to fix this problem yet. I stay in country view apartments.

Asphalt in front of our driveway has completely washed away and there is a big pothole
