Sanitation Employee noticed a large amount of trash placed in the City "green" trash barrels placed in the downtown area. It appears that residents, Bobby Hazan & Mark Sider in Apt. 11 are utilizing the city's green barrels for personal use.

The culvert that the city recently installed; neighborhood children are throwing the rip rap rocks that were placed at each end of the culvert, into the culvert stopping it up. Tree stump is stuck in the culvert and citizen thinks there should be netting or wire placed over the rip rap.
