Dead black cat on N Smith Rd by the crosswalk at the intersection of Grandview and Smith.
Passed a dead deer or something about that size earlier. Driving SW on Bloomfield. Not sure where it was exactly, but it was a little bit past that rec center
I am reporting a suspected violation of Bloomington Municipal Code (Title 7, including Chapter 7.23 regarding feral cat colonies). At 401 W Watson Street, a resident appears to be harboring a feral cat colony, as defined by allowing animals to remain and be fed on the property. The number of cats has increased significantly, indicating the colony is not being properly managed. This has been reported multiple times on uReport but never properly dealt with. Google Maps imagery shows a large collection of outdoor shelters within a fenced enclosure, suggesting the presence of a substantial number of cats being harbored. The cats regularly roam onto neighboring properties and are creating a nuisance, including noise, sanitation issues, and repeated intrusion. Many appear to be in poor health. Please have Animal Care and Control investigate and take appropriate action to ensure compliance with city ordinances.
Apt. Building 17 @ Knightright Apt. Im not sure how long that dog has been there, but I saw police helping a young woman collect her things from one of the apts. In that building. I think this may be her dog. Idk i walked pass and that's really sad. Maybe she's supposed to come by and pick it up, but I think she would have gotten it while the police were with her.
This is the 3rd time this neighbor’s dog has been off leash and uncontained. The first time, it came onto my property and would not leave or respond to its’ owner recalling it. The second time, it was blocking my driveway and began jumping at my windows and doors then tried to go in my garage. Again, did not respond to being recalled by its owners and only left when I set my car alarm off while I was inside the car. The third time (5 minutes ago, today), I was gardening and the dog came into my yard and would not leave. It got in my face, albeit NOT aggressively, and would not respond to its’ owners recalling it again. This dog has NO recall. I went inside, and it took a massive poop on my front landscaping’s flowers. I eat and use these flowers for teas/etc. and can no longer do that this season, because of this dog. Again, this dog has NO recall, its owners do NOT have a fence and they do NOT have it on a lead that would contain it to their property. There is an entire property between mine and this neighbors and this dog regular breaches all boundaries of their property.
Dog outside barking constantly. It’s a large shepherd dog with a deep bark that can be heard many houses away. This is more of a noise complaint than a wellness concern, but I do worry that they leave it outside for hours on end. It was barking at four in the morning this past weekend. I appreciate your help and all you do.
Two aggressive dogs ran (charged) at someone walking in front to the CAP office while they were walking by. The person screamed/yelled and the owners recalled the dogs. The dogs were not on a lease or inside a fence.
The man in the photo allowed his dog to defecate in the tree plot in front of my house and did not remove the waste. This is not the first time he has done this. The waste is still there
Our neighbors have 2 dogs. We've noticed one of them a puppy is not being taken out to the bathroom at all last time it was out was Saturday evening. The other dog could be heard crying then there was yelling and more crying from the other dog. They dont take either of them out enough.
Incessant barking and agressive behavior of dog toward children.
