Students from Bloomington High School North park their vehicles on Valleyview Drive, mainly from Winding Way to Parkview Drive. The culvert runs under Fritz Drive from N. Dunn Street. The runoff is coming onto Sullivan's property causing a water problem. Sullivan stated that this happened approximately 2 years ago and the City came out and installed rip rap.
