trash blowing around the yard and into neighbors yards, there is a couch and piece of carpet wedged behind the deck
Pearl Patton, 339-6960, same caller about other trash complaints. The trash is along Madison behind her house. Pearl said you can call her and she will show you where the trash is. Doris said she would go with you.
A tree is growing out into the street. Caller had to cross the center lane so he would not scratch his car.
This is the third trash violation that resident has received since 8-22-2011. Today resident failed to have stickers attached to bags/cans.

This is residents third trash write up since 7-19-2011 and fifth write up this year. Today resident was written up for the can exceeding the size limit of 35 gallons and bags/cans not having stickers attached.

This is the third time that resident has been written up for failure to comply with trash ordinances since 8-11-11. Resident has also spoken with the Sanitation Director on one occasion. During that conversation, Shelby advised the resident that we would not be able to pick up trash if it was in a container over 35 gallons (their can is 50 gallons), overweight, and not stickered.
