Mr. & Mrs. Heimer would like have the same attention given to visually impaired programing that has been given to hearing impaired. Also, during the most recent storms, the SAP function for audio did not work well. Mrs. Heimer indicated that she will probably attend the next TCC Meeting.

An ideal cable contract would be for Insight or another cable company to have a cafeteria plan that citizens could choose from or at least have an intermediate level between Basic and Classic that would omit expensive Sport Channels (ESPN).

Mr. Heimer stated that during a recent severe weather alert , the scrawl across the screen left off the counties included in the alert. The alert was for counties in Northern Indiana. However, the counties should be listed no matter the location. Mr. Heimer contacted Channel 13 News Station in Indianapolis for further information and could not talk to a live person at the station. He feels that interactive system between News Stations and Insight to inform the public.
