Tree over grown around light. Street light not providing enough light. Safety is a concern. Multiple night incidents reported in the neighborhood. There needs to be more lighting around these area added. Very dark Very dark and dangerous at night. Particularly around 3260 N Ramble Rd E & 3300 North Ramble Road Court, Bloomington, IN 47408. The water fountain at Park Ridge East Park is continuously running.

It seems that the timing of the traffic lights on College through downtown needs to be re-set or something. I drive that route 4 mornings a week at about 5:45 am and typically I will stop at a light at either 10th or 11th and from then on it's smooth sailing. Starting last week, the timing was off, and since then I've had to stop at as many as 5 intersections between 11th and 1st Streets. Just wanted to let you know! :) Thanks!
