House being torn down. There is debris blowing all over IU and neighbors property. Please be sure they clean it up before it spreads further. Appears to be stryofoam insulation, which will last forever. Thousands of pieces flying around.

The attached referenced utility cut on W. Park Square Dr. is dangerous and is a traffic hazard. Other people in the area have complained this could cause a flat tire or a vehicle to loose control. This morning,1/11/24, the flat tire occurred immediately after passing over this area. Propper fill needs installed to alleviate this hazard!
This overpass is an icy mess. Isn’t this city property? I see other reports about this that have been closed; how can you close a report before you fix it? Please fix it or put up a sign naming it Fracture Overpass.
111? E. Kirkwood: Some sort of restaurant runoff (floor cleaning water?) is dumped from behind Opi Taylor's/Malibu. This goes on year round, but creates a sheet of ice in the winter (as it is today). The water runs/ices in front of an empty lot, so no one deals with the sidewalk. It's approx. 111? E. Kirkwood, just past the alley behind Book Corner, just at the start of the parking lot next to CVS. I originally reported this in 2017, I guess before it was cold. ureport#161324 and I was told it was runoff from an AC unit, which I think we can be sure is not the case in today's weather. I'm a daily walker from the near westside to campus. This is an ongoing problem. I really would like someone to just take some responsibility for either the initial liquid or the ice that results. As you travel from Oakdale drive to 2nd street, a pothole is located on the right side just before the road curves to meet 2nd street.
Sidewalks icy on Kirkwood and Rogers, on northeast and northwest corners Something leaks on alley on west side of Rogers between 4th and Kirkwood and it’s almost always full of puddles or icy. Thank you.
