Snow plows bury the one drain for our whole street! After more critical issues are handled right now, can the one outside of our house be cleared so flooding when the snow melts doesn't become a major issue? Thank you!

Not one truck has plowed this neighborhood since weather began over 24 hours ago.
We need a plow to come through the housing division. Due to the hilly nature, smaller cars are getting stuck and can't get home.
A small tree has fallen into the street. It is blocking about half the width of the street. (Cars can still get by.)

The streetlight on corner of Prospect and Rogers is not working. It is impossible to see well enough to walk on our street.
Two days ago we noticed all the storm drains at this intersection were blocked with leaves and debris
